Natalie Senninger is a registered and licensed dietitian located in Louisville, KY. She is the owner of Nutrition 502 which is a nutrition counseling practice that opened in 2017. Natalie has experience working in private practice, corporate wellness, clinical care, and eating disorder treatment.
Natalie specializes in weight management, nutrition for athletic performance, and eating disorders/disordered eating habits. Natalie works with clients of all ages from young children to aging adults. In her professional practice, Natalie focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of nutrition and health. Natalie helps her clients to create a healthy relationship with food and build lifelong skills for managing personal nutrition needs. She recognizes the importance of nutrition education and emphasizes that each client will benefit from having knowledge on how food affects their body and individual well-being. She provides her clients with personalized plans that are simple and easy to follow. Natalie assists her clients in making habit changes that yield long-term success. Upon completion of sessions with Natalie, clients will feel equipped to manage their personal nutrition and continue to maintain optimum health.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys cooking, working out, reading the latest nutrition research, and playing board games with her friends and family. Her favorite foods are roasted Brussels sprouts and anything chocolate! Natalie believes in a balanced approach to food and nutrition and that all foods can fit in a healthy diet!
MARY Curnutte | Registered and Licensed Dietitian
Mary is a registered and licensed dietitian located in Louisville, KY. Mary provides individualized nutrition counseling, as everyone is different, in order to pinpoint specific strategies to create habits that are easily sustainable to meet your personal goals. Our goal is to make your habits work for you! Mary has worked with all ages, from pre-K to adult. Mary specializes in nutrition plans in which "all foods fit". Mary often works with weight management, learning to move away from yo-yo dieting, heart health, sports nutrition, and improving lab values. Mary is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Mary is passionate about healthy relationships with food and finding joy in food.
Mary is currently working on a PhD at the University of Louisville. Mary has been a Nutrition Course Lecturer at both the University of Louisville and Bellarmine University as well as a Nutrition Counselor at the YMCA and in private practice. Mary has additionally created and led group nutrition courses, provided nutrition seminars, and provided continuing education to the medical community.
Mary's favorite food has always been and will be pizza. In her free time, Mary likes hanging out with her dog, Rosise, trail running, trying to turn her little yard into a mini farm, and, of course, cooking.
Marisa Faibish | REGISTERED and licensed dietitian
Marisa Faibish is a registered dietitian as well as a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics. She is originally from the sunshine state, Florida, and played competitive soccer her whole life. Marisa has experience working with collegiate, youth, and professional athletes to tactical athletes, eating disorders, supplement research and recommendations, hydration protocols, and healthy habit/lifestyle changes in the general population.
Marisa specializes in performance nutrition, weight management, eating disorders/disordered eating habits. Marisa works with the youth population to the adult population. She will always meet the client where they are and focus on small attainable goals that will lead to the clients long-term goals as well as success. She likes to work on lifestyle changes to create sustainable progress and not just a quick fix. She will always explain the why behind everything and believes education is the key to truly believing in the process. If you are looking for a dietitian to hold you accountable to your goals, help you with changing blood work, gaining muscle, losing body fat, performance goals such as how to fuel during an ironman to what to eat at half-time, Marisa would be a great fit!
In her free time Marisa enjoys traveling, hiking, lifting heavy things, running, playing with her golden retriever, playing competitive sports like soccer and beach volleyball, and hanging out with her loved ones. Her favorite foods are perfectly cooked steaks to key lime pies. Marisa believes there isn’t a one size fits all diet and consistency is the key to success!
